Okay... so I love to sing, dance, and act. I already know that im good at singing and acting. and im good at dancing- it just seems that whenever I watch someone else dance they can kick their legs sooo high. the only problem is that I cant touch my nose with my leg... in fact I can barley reach my chest! other than stretch what should I do? is there a trick for kicking higher faster? should I just give up dancing? help me!!
lol I dont have either unfortunatly- but I could search online for websites thnks tho! althogh my frind( who happens to be a neighbor...) has a wii... lol
okay thnks! do you know of any websites or anything about yoga that could help with the streching?
there isn't a trick... stretching and practice is the only way...
Try doing yoga.
