I can't log in to my Webkinz site

I too am having the same problems. Exactly matter of fact. I wrote to customer service in hopes to find an answer soon. It HAS to be on their end. Looks like we have done everything and it’s good to know we aren’t alone!

A couple of people on this site are having problems with it? Maybe there’s something going on at their end?

Using the URL http://www.webkinz.com/us_en/ was a workaround for me. It appears that Webkinz was having a problem either reading or setting my cookie to determine the proper language. This URL bypasses this process. I can log on with other accounts on my same computer (I am using Windows XP) but this issue only impacts my account. I would think it must be an IE setting then but I compared the settings and they are the same. This started after I installed IE7 so could be related. Appreciate any insights from others…

Yup - Same problem for me. I would contact their support, BUT I HAVE TO LOG ON TO DO THAT!!!

I AM TO HAVING PROBLEMS LIKE I TRY TO LOG ON MY NEW WEBKINZ AND IT WOULD ONLY LET ME GO TO THE FIRST PAGE.SO I WOULD REFRESH MY COMPUTER AND MY ADOBE FLASH PLAYER I tried EVERYTHING BUT IT JUST WONT WORK.IM THIKING ABOUT NOT PLAYING ON IT NO MORE BECAUSE IF I HAVE TO DO THAT ALL THE TIME.
