How can I lose weight without spending money?

I know I am fat and I try to look for weight loss information but everything is buy our product there is nothing free. Can anyone give me details on how to loose weight for free because I am really desprite for my health and appearance thank you and people say walk or eat right and don’t give me details deatails are very important

It’s important to give yourself a program. Tell yourself you will exercise 3 days a week. For each day write out what you will do. Run a mile, do some pushups or there are aerobic shows on TV all the time. You have to get more active and push your body or you will see very slow and minimal results. Big exercises = Big results.

Do that for a week and track your progress. Weigh yourself and increase your running time and distance. Increase the amount of pushups and situps you can do. There is a lot you can do for free. Run flights of stairs in buildings etc.

The next step is eating right. Don’t starve yourself. I work for fig. which specializes in medical body shaping. The services we provide aren’t free but the philosophy I offer is. Your body needs fuel to run and if you don’t give it fuel or you give it too much, then you’ll never get in shape. I found a great article which sums this up. try to stay away from junk food because you may not realize how just a bit of some junk food can make you gain a lot of fat! for example one time I was having a piece of cake and saw that it had 15 grams of fat (which is a lot). Not only do you have to stay away from junk food, you should stay away from any soda and drinks with a lot of sugar, because sugar turns into fat and sometimes makes you tired and sluggish (so its harder to excersize). Drink a lot of water because water hydrates the body and it helps wash out toxins, which can keep your body healthy. Don’t ever starve yourself because once you start eating again (you’ll have to start again sometime) than you’ll gain even more weight than your were before. Try to keep track of all the calories you eat during the day; but don’t go all crazy. And make sure you eat when your hungry, and when your full, resist from eating anymore. and eating right is only half the battle. you’ll also have to excersize. my advice would be to join some kind of excersize group with one of your friends because then your most likely to keep doing it if you have someone whos going with you. or just excersize on your own. bike-riding and swimming is really good, walking’s good, running’s good, or even get a playstation 2 and get Dance Dance Revolution if you need to. fiber is very important. it helps you feel full quicker and stay full longer. Do not use fiber caplets, you must use food that is high in fiber. Cereals are good for this. Just check the lables on stuff.

Eat fruit and vegetables. Portion size of what you are eating is very important! Dont over- eat. Excercise, go for walks, stretch, lift weights, do sit-ups. etc.

That’s all good advice and all I can add is:

Eat as slowly as you can - if you eat fast your body doesn’t realise that you’re full, but if you go slowly it can recognise that it’s full and you stop feeling hungry.

They are kind of like a weight watchers type program where they help you determine healthy daily calories fat protein & fiber intake and how much calories you need to burn to acheive your goal weight. It’s free to join free to do ANYTHING on the site never EVER pay for anything. It gives you meal plans excersise tips. You dont’ even have to follow the meal plan just enter in the food you eat. The best way to lose weight is to journal your foods. I didn’t realize how often my little ‘snacks’ thru out the day hurt me they add up! Being aware is half the battle.
