  no, rthats actualluy ILLEGAL no one can not hire somebody based on there looks or weight no matter how much they tell you (its all crap) and illegal id suggest getting the police to look into this, or possibly sueing them there ignorant a*sholes who obviously dont know anything about other peoples rights

  I looked up the EEO laws and they protect against:

  No, I think that would violate Equal Employment, but I am looking up the laws now. You might have a lawsuit if I'm correct. I'll let you know as soon I find out, because that pisses me off so bad.
