How to get hyper at school?

So I have this presentation tomorrow. And I completely suck at presenting in front of the class. I get really nervous and stuff. It’s not good at all! But when I’m hyper/excited I tend to talk really loud and I’m thinking that if I present tomorrow when I’m hyper I’ll get over it. Thing is… I have to present FIRST in the morning! I’m never hyper in the morning? What are some quick ways that I can stay hyper? Sugar never really works for me… People say that when they stay up at night… they get really hyper. But I don’t want to do that cz I also have a Chemistry test tomorrow. How can I get hyper?

I had the same problem, I HATED doing presentations - so much that I flat-out refused to do them so I failed. I get really nervous too - I have a fear of public speaking…unless I have alcohol, haha. Of course, I won’t suggest that. You can try drinking lots of red bull, and before you go - listen to a bunch of pumped-up happy songs that you would normally listen to when getting ready to party? I don’t know…good luck.

Energy drinks don’t work for me! LOL. Just makes me have to go to the bathroom a lott.

Yeah although I don’t like drinking drinks with fizz in them, I still drink an energy drink to hype me upp. :)

try eating a lot of sugar with breakfast, and coffee with cream, then drink and energy drink, a couple soda’s, go to the restroom and then do your presentation
