How would you react?

If you got an email saying this?

My friend got it & he doesnt know anything about it

Answer #1

lol I would just start laughing my a$$ off and then mark it as spam =]

Answer #2

It’s probably someone trying to screw him out of some money…

Answer #3

haha I would laugh so hard then be like wtf! lol

Answer #4

I would think “sh*t I shouldn’t give away my credit car info to so many people”.

Answer #5

What did he get ? - if it’s bad he deserves to know and not play ‘I’ve got a secret.’

Answer #6

I would autimatically think it was a phishing scam as there are billions of different ones out there even fedex phishing scams so I would report it as a “phishing scam” other than that it could be someones order but they accidently sent it to the wrong email-address that can occasionally happen as well either way if the place has a website you could try telling them in the customer service bit that you received an email of a product you didnt pay for, that said you did. when hes never been on the site before if it doesnt sound legitiment though just report it or delete it

Answer #7

Never take the scammers e-mail for truth. I would log on to my paypal account if in fact it even exists on my e-mail transactions it would be in my paypal. Usually you get an email from paypal confirming the transaction and payment to someone’s e-mail account.

Do not click on anything the notice says. It is a phishing attempt or worse.

Answer #9

I’d be like wtf?! It’s probably some sort of spam mail or someone out to scam people. I wouldn’ pay anything to them and if they keep sending the emails, you might want to ask them wtf their issue is and why they’re saying he bought it when he didn’t.
