How to write a good memory loss recovery scene for my book?

Okay so in my book one of the main characters(Xavier) gets into a plane crash, and when he wakes up and finally gets some of his memory back it turns out he is not with the person he should be with which is fiance(Cassidy) he is with the girl he met on the plane(Zaria) who tricked him into thinkiing she was his fiance, anyway…so he was about to have sex with the woman(Zaria) when he got some of his memory of his real life back, NOW!!! I need to know how can I write a scene after that where he goes and finds his real fiancee and trys to get back with her…{PS. Cassidy had twins with him at the same time of the plane crash}…so it can be really good!!! what should happen SOMEBODY HHEELLPP!!! please

I’m a writer too and I like the story you should make a scene where he’s trying to win her back and when she won’t listen he tries to tell her about all the good times they’ve had and how happy he was to propose to her. Make it a sad but happy scene where you see the good parts of their relationship I think that would be cool you have to show me the new book is it getting published?!
