  You click "my photos" at the top right corner of the page. Then you click "add a photo" (its in red font) on the left side of the page. Then click browse. Then click on the photo. Then you click upload.

  You have a picture uploaded so you obviously know where to go, if you're having an issue chances are it isn't a .jpg, .gif or .png file and/or you didn't put a caption.

  have you made sure that you gave the photo a name? And it is the right format?
