  warm salt water though.. for quicker results, if you can handle the pain for 25 seconds, just place plain salt on it. you have what is called a cancor sore. and they hurt like hell. but the salt will kill the bacteria.

  Apply a pinch of table salt directly 2 the affected area, it will hurt for a moment but within a day or two the cut should heal

  Um just take loads of vitamin c and it will heal faster. :D
