most of the time you need the software that comes with your cell phone. If you didn’t receive any software with your phone you can go to amazon.com, and buy the software for about $1+ (software includes…cd and a USB cord.) Easy to install, and it’s like riding a bike…you’ll figure out how to transfer files within 5 to 10 minutes tops. When you load the software you will receive a users guide as well. GOOD LUCK!!!
you can also transfer files by using your Bluetooth, and a data card (I think that’s the name of it) It’s small and it can go into a camera (using an example) sorry that I can’t think of the name.
