how to reduce weight??

I have a big face and a big tummy. I am overweight. what do I do?? I also have stretch marks in various parts of my body. how do I get rid of them???

Use cocoa butter on your stretch marks. That might help… I forget if it’s to help get rid of them, or help prevent them.

Limit junk food, fast food, greasy foods, soda, etc.. Drink plenty of water. Exercise Eat lots of fruits and vegetables. Eat foods with lots of protein like nuts, chicken, fish…

what the other 2 said, and try to eat 5-6 SMALL portions of meals a day. that should lower your metabolism. then, start exercising. like, start with 40 situps and crunches a day. after like a month or 2, move it up to 50. make sure you do it everyday before you go to bed, and when you wake up. that should probably help… hope it does, and good luck!!!
