Any one got advice on screaming any tips etc sort of bullet style screaming I am trying to improve and learn.
never heard of "Bullet" style screaming. Is that where you scream really fast? As in like the devil wears prada?
I tend to practice screaming on the sides, when I feel bored, or just feel like doing it. Warming up is a good way to prevent that "I feel like I just swallowed razors" feeling.
The only way to improve is to practice, and find out what works best for you. I used to be able to do the growls, now that I tried doing high screams, I do them better than the low growls.

I think he meant Bullet for My Valentine.. Well, the lead singer of bullet damaged his vocal chords really bad before Aim, Fire. So I dunno.. But a lot of singers have a singer coach. They use the services of Mellisa Cross. You can get her instructional DVD The zen of Screaming at her website or Amazon. If your throat hurts after the first song the you are doing it wrong. It needs to come from diaphragm.
well in my experience it is 70 % physical and 30 mental. you gotta know your gunnu nail it otherwise you wont.
