How to overcome picky eating?

Ah, I have another question. I'm a really bad picky eater, some points its made me sick. To give you a clue, I'm going to tell you about most of the foods I will NOT eat. I won't eat corn, bananas, or any type of seafood. Most junk food, salads, or white bread for sandwhiches. I hate milk unless its chocolate or in my cereal. The only fruits I'll eat is grapes, apples, pomegrante, and pears. I only eat chicken thats been grilled, and is boneless, and I won't eat most vegetables. These are just some ways too show you how picky of a eater I really am. I'm just worried that it will make me sick. But I do eat A LOT, it's just not a good variety of food. (I've had this problem since I was a child) How do I overcome something like this? Or get over it?
