You can either use canned salmon or fresh, just make sure you remove the bones first.

Then, cut into small pieces if using fresh salmon, mix with an egg, add salt and pepper.

Heat up a skillet on medium heat on the oven, with a tablespoon of oil.

Once heated, form the egg + salmon into a patty shape like you’re making a hamburger, and fry till done on each side. The egg should hold it together fairly well.
