Take a long length of rope and wrap it around itself five times, bottom to top..you should have a long line left over
Take the left over line and pull it down to wrap around the end of the rope that will be attached to the sling - it should make a knot
Do the second step again, but push the end through the loop
Tighten it and then a double over-handed knot should secure it.
