How to lose weight?
I binge a lot, and barely exercise at all. I weigh 145 pounds, 13 years old, and I’m 5”2, and I really really want to get down to 115 or 110 by the end of the summer!
How do I do that? I was planning to go to the gym, but my parents never take me there. Also, I have no space for exercising, and no ac in my house. So it’s really hard to exercise.

exercise a lot eat healthy food like fruits and vegetable and drink lots of water and keep doin all that allu will lose a lot of weight. trust me
well you should have a good healthy balanced diet which includes at least 5 fruit and vegetables each day. at least 2 litres of water. exercise will be necessary for effective results, its okay if you have no space at home you just do it outside!
have 3 meals a day, breakfast should be medium sized as its the important meal of the day, lunch should be small and so should dinner, if you want to snack on anything between those times, ensure that it’s fruit, veg or healthy snack bar and only a small amount. follow this and you should get some really good results…don’t wait for results the next day, it will take at least 1-2 weeks before you notice anything.
Outside exercises
- walking -jogging -skipping -cycling -tennis -badminton
other exercises -swimming -weights (light/heavy)
Your exercise should be at least 30 minutes long for 3-4 times a week, you can mix you exercise which will gain you even better results such as 5 minutes skipping 10 minutes walking and repeating that etc after each day of exercise increase the time by 2 minutes for the next time you will be active etc.
