The best way you can lose your inner thighs is to excersise an hour a day, eat a balanced diet, and drink a lot of water. Different things work for different people so go with what works for you. A good book for this kind of thing is "You on a Diet" by Dr. Oz. He is such an awesome guy! That book will give you info and support about losing weight. Good Luck!
I suggest, eat healthy. nothing but water and lots of veggies then work out... treadmills are great, or even walk at least 30 mins a day ;)
