How to look good the next day after little sleep?

How to not be and look so tired after a late night of studying??

Try not to drink to many caffeinated drinks because it will only make you crash and burn later. Try carrying a water bottle because staying hydrated can keep you feeling refreshed to! I use to not want to have anything to do with water in the mornings, until I did a research paper on brain health…and if you dont get enough water your brain can actually get dried out and function more slowly than if you were well hydrated…so I have started chugging a glass first thing in the morning, and you would be suprised that just plaing ol’ water can wake you up!!!

jemmysaur is right about the white eyeliner. gold will do the same.

when you are getting ready, if you have time… take a cool shower.

afterwards take ice cubes or cucumbers and hold them under your eye to make the puffy tired look go away. your eyes say everything!

if you have time, use a bronzer to give you a healthy glow.

wear shiny lip gloss, and wear fun earings. (sounds funny… but big hoop earings protray someone who is fun.)

eat a light breakfast…and avoid sugar… you’re good to go :D

Okay, clean your face a bit, splash some water on it. Maybe try some make- up [[ don’t put tooo much on]] do your hair, make sure it looks nice. Always have a nice set of clothes!! :]
