How to get over the one you love?
I would like some advice on how to move on after a hard breakup. This wonderful person was there for me all the time she actually cared about me a lot. She even loved me at one point. I have never felt this much love from anyone. She was my first everything. I admit that I had been in love at least three times prior to this past relationship but this relationship felt so real. She says right now is not the time for us, because she is still in high school and Im in college, and to top it all off she wants to stay friends. which is unbearable due to the fact that I know that she is dating other guys. I would just want some advice on how some people have coped with letting go of the one you love and if you can tell me how your relationship with the person you love turned out in the end.
dude I actually went through the same thing. heres my advice: Let go. its ok to stay in love but let her do what she feels is right and dont judge yourself off her. If you two really feel it, she’ll come back to you on her own. for the time being, continue being there for each other and keep communication going and see what happens. if not oh well, there are plenty of fish in the sea, and you can find a relationship as deep as this one, just be yourself.
Everyone gives that whole cliched phrase there are plenty of fish in the sea. Have you ever thought about how big the ocean is. Here is what I think about true love.True love is like a teardrop in a rainstorm; you’re lucky enough to find it once, but you will never find it again. Right now she is my teardrop in a rainstorm that I have found and now she is gone.
