How to draw a dragon eye?
I'd draw it about the same way you would draw a cat eye, or human eye, except for the pupil being an almost oval shape, and sharp at both ends.
Most fantasy books give them a similar look. Start with the inner shape then do the outer.
If you want, color it in after you finish the inner lines.
Just picture it in your head and then draw
