I’ve deleted your phone number out of the question you posted about finding your friend. It is incredibly UNSAFE and harmful to put your phone number on the public Internet, where anyone can find it.

Also, without any information about your friend, who she is, where she is from, we really can’t help you find her. It’s best to ask someone who might know her in real life.
