it depends on your state/countries legal age limit usually its at least 16 or under 16 but with a parent with I.d to consent usually there not going to peirce 13 year older or younger kids though because a facial peircing can affect a lot of things some are surface peircings and grow out, leaving a very noticable scar all peircings will end up leaving a scar anyway and facial peircings arnt allowed in a school with a dress code and most jobs consider them unattractive and unprofesional
That’ll depend on where you live and what the limits/standards are for professional piercer in that particular area. Here in the USA, you’ve got to be 18 without parental consent. If you want one and your NOT 18, then your parent/legal guardian will have to go with you so they can agree to what’s going on.
