It never says exactly but the best I can guess is that he hasn't even finished puberty because of this quote:
"One Romeus, who was of race a Montague, Upon whose tender chin, as yet, no manlike beard there grew, Whose beauty and whose shape so far the rest did stain,"
He had never had a beard so we can infer thet he couldnt be too old
If you're talking Romeo & Juliet... Romeo is about 17, and Juliet is almost 14.
