  if you dont mind my asking what is your weight? whatever your weight is now is probably exactly the weight for you. what kind of build are you counts too. also if you think your a bit stronger then the average 13

  You should weigh around 115 or 110. Somewhere around that area. I'm 13 too and yea. I'm way over weight than I should be. I'm 153.8 but I'm working on getting down. :)
