How much should I weigh?

Im 13 years old. I way 4 and a half stone. Is that ok ? I have no problem with my doctor. But I do not like food. Am I underweight ?

You may have a high metabolism. That is actually a blessing as it means your body burns calories more effectively than most people. But in order to keep the fire burning make sure you don’t starve yourself or go a long time in between meals.

I know a couple people like that. As far as I know they eat just fine, sometimes put away more than I do, but never gain any weight. Some people just have a really high metabolism. I would just check with your doctor occasionally if you feel under weight. Might have to adjust your diet to get MORE calories in it :P.

@ 1_1lol - its a unit of measuring weight. go look up the conversion on google.

I Have Done My BMI And It Say im close to being underweight but im healtyweight at the minute. I eat LOADS but never seem to put on weight.

Dont worry youll be fine just eat a lot more calories but watch you dont eat to much fat !

Mmm okay.. same with my friend Kinsey.. she eats but doesn’t gain weight.. your okay.. no worries :)

Seems to me, you kind of are under weight… try 2 eat sumthin.. are you ever hungry?
