How much should I use ice cubes and vinegar?

I used ice cubes to help my acne scars and it works but should I use it twice a day or just at night? and I use Apple Cider Vinegar for my back acne, should I use that twice a day also?

I’ve heard of the vinegar before and I’d just use it once a day if you use it to often your skin will get extremely aggitated.

frozen ice cant remove scars or fade them so I dont see how you claim to get results I would say one a day at the MOST, becaus eit can be dangerosue to keep one area frozen for too long as for the vinigar thing, I havent heard of that either
