Hello! You don’t grow at certain times of the year. Your body is actually growing all the time. The growing changes are not always things you can see (Height, weight, etc.), but are often things happening inside of you that are not evident. Your head gets larger, as your brain requires the space. Organs make adjustments, as do bones, muscles, blood vessels, and nerves. You are actually one big growing machine! And how fast something developes depends on several factors. Age, your family influence (In your DNA), nutrition, activity, and need. Show patience. At age 15, I was 6 feet tall and my best firned was 5’ 10”. In that year to becoming 16, I phyically (Height wise) didn’t grow at all, and my friend shot up to 6’ 5””, and eventually ended up at 6’ 8 1/2”. Neither of his parents were tall at all, although his mom was 5’ 9”. The idea is, get good nutirtion, exercise, and fresh air, then be patient and let your body do its thing! Take Care! Don
