How many cats are you allowed to have in Utah?
I’m trying to convince my mom that we need to stop feeding all these strays. I’ve been looking online but can’t find anything
Are the strays coming into the house? because that would be hoarding, if they’re not, then there’s no laws against feeding strays…
Ditto to ty…besides, if she’s feeding them because they’re hungry…what’s your beef??

PS…you know you can catch them in cat traps, take them to a spay/neuter clinic and get them fixed for about $10 bucks a whack, so their numbers don’t increase…You might even get a “deal” if the clinic knows you’re caring for them, but want to control their numbers.
