How long will my dog urinate randomly after spaying?
I had my dog spayed last week now she has urinated on my couch twice and on the floor and never did before. Is this normal?
You should call your Vet on Monday. I have never had this problem with any of my pets after neutering, both male and female. She could have a urinary tract infection or something else not related to the surgery.
I’ve always expected on accident after spaying/neutering (attributed to the anethsia)…but after a week, I’d check back with the vet…this doesn’t sound right to me. As utopia said, she could have a UTI, and the spaying could just be a coincidence…Does she have to have stiches removed soon? You could wait till then.
