how long does my gog stay in labor?

my dog has been in labor since sat at 1 pm and its sun 11am should I be worried its her second liter she keep pushing but no pup yet when should I call the vet how long could this last?

YES…get her to the Vet…she might have a breach or sideways pup blocking the way…can you use a glove and a finger to feel, and see what is being presented?? Head…side…butt? Otherwise you’re likely to lose all of them…mama too.

Yes, please take her to the vet immediately. Has her water broke, did she loose her mucus plug? If the fluids came out, you have less time for the survival of you pups AND the mother. They might be too big to deliver or may be breach, or 2 might be coming out at once. I just delivered a litter 3 days ago. 12hours is too long to see no pups yet! Good luck and let us know what happens, please!
