im a fresher. im searching for a job. im interested in software field not in hardware. im strong in c,c++ and java. I know basics of all these I completed B.E (CSE)…

how can I prepared my self for a good job? what are the skills I should develop? any body plsss suggest me the right one. is there any website about this..? thanks
