Hi friends,
My system got some problem.when I open 3 or more application. It becomes very slow . I cant do further operations.
So please help me to solve this problem.
I dono whether my system gets affected by virus. Please suggest a suitable solution to solve this problem.
Whether I should format my system?
(currently I using avg8.0 free version.) Please tell me good anti virus software .

AVG is good. Make sure you update it regularly and run it at least weekly, daily if you surf a lot or other people use your computer.
You should also have a good spyware program which you should run at least once a week.
You should also have a good Registry Cleaner program which you should run at least once a week.
I use all of the programs listed below. Besides being good programs, and FREE, you also have the ability to continue working on your computer (online or offline) while the program is running.

After running the above programs,
If you're running XP, try the following:
Go to:
Start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > Disk Cleanup
After that is done, go to:
Start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > Disk Defragmenter
I believe that with both of the above you can still be using your computer while they are performing their task.
Completing everything above should help your computer function faster and more efficiently.

It could be a virus. Although if you run regularly checks then your program should detect the virus and let you know. It could be that your computer is low on virtual memory in which case you will need to upgrade it. It should only cost about £20.
