Why do I have urges to lick blood?

Please help something’s wrong. It may sound really silly! But everytime my mum pricks her finger (she’s diabetic) and puts the blood on her medical stick I always feel tempted to ask if I can lick the blood off her finger but I refuse , and sometimes even my friends notice ( I can read lips thats how I taught myself to speak im deaf btw) that I’m not reading their lips but im looking at their neck, if its really warm outside I could lay there for an hour so that my skin would be warm but when I touch my skin its freezing cold. Also my friends tell me that when we do athletics in school when we run I’m way ahead of them, and I can see clearly at night to also feeliing if someones there.

Please help I don’t want to hurt anyone, someone tell me whats wrong with me.

you have become a tad too obssesed with Edward Cullen but I you are scared you are going to hurt someone why dont you move to the coldest place possible somewhere quit with woods and plenty of animals so you can become ‘vegetarian’ and start reading peoples thoughts aswell as lips and then you might fall in love with a local but watch out because when she is and her period you may have a big craving…

okay I know what your thinking ndd no.you arent a vampire.honestly;; I highly doubt that. haha you just..well I unno.some people like the taste of blood. I’ve seen people who cut themselves lick or suck the blood, I personally think its gross. um the whole cold thing, well I dont know.my hands are ALWAYS cold.and so is my nose.it could be a million degrees outside and they would still be cold.its just your body temp. about teh running,well your just a good runner.thats a good thing.and about the night thing, some people havereally good vision. I.d.k. just don’t try to make something thats not there seem real.it’ll pass dont worry nothings wrong with you[: im sure yu’ll be fine hunn.
