How early can you tell if you're pregnant?

I had sex over a week ago, I was NOT protected at all, my boyfriend said he did not ejacuated inside of me at all, im a women and I am scared. I have a doctors apt tomorrow, is it to soon to tell if im pregnant or not?

Dear sshhitsasecret, You need to get a pregnancy test…just because he didn’t ejaculate does not mean there wasn’t precum. This is just as potent. Unless you are planning for a family never have unprotected sex. Sue…good luck

Honey it is too soon to tell if you just had sex a week ago. Typically just so you know, most women are at their most fertile during the two weeks before your period. The closer you are to starting your period the less fertile. The earliest you can predict a pregnancy is at four weeks and my advice is to buy the First Response Brand pregnancy test it is very accurate and detect a pregnancy three or fours days before you expect to start your period. well I didnt find out I was preganant until I was 5 wks well 1 moth basically well so it usually after 2 wks but I took 3 test came out negative I played volleyball went again to make sure because my chest start to grow and everything so I went and it came out positive…
