Well I used to have this problem, but half a year ago I finally did. Honestly, your instincts will kick in, but I know that doesnt help, so I will try my best to explain it to you:
Let him start it and lead. It’ll make him feel powerful. What that means is let him be the first to stick his tongue into your mouth. You both will tilt your head in opposite directions so that your heads dont bump, and then you will kiss his lips. and make a motion kind of like the word “Olive” He will gently stick his tongue into your mouth, but sometimes that doesnt happen until after a few make out sessions. Honestly, its hard to explain the whole thing..but your instinccts will kick in
