How do you make a fabric pinboard?

Ok, so I have the pinboard, the wadding and the ribbon and I have stapled the wadding and fabric onto the pinboard. Now I just need to connect the ribbon onto it but I dont no how. I want the ribbon to be on it diagonally going in both directions. If you don’t know what I mean about the fabric pinboard, or want to know anything in more detail funmail me.

Get a board.. bulletin or particle board. Cut enough fabric to give you a few inches extra on each side. Use a staple gun to secure the fabric. Small ribbons in a criss cross pattern at the front for a simple way to hold pictures, etc without pins. secure at the back. Attach a string to the back for hanging (optional) Secure a piece of carborad to the back to cover the raw edges of fabric Hang it up.
