How do I make him dissappear?

Ok there is this terrible guy..he beets his wife and he is always putting her down..he kiks her out of the house for days and she has to stay with us. And this woman is like a mom to me and her kids are like my siblings. And now he wont even let me or my brother scott in the house, I call her everyday to make sure she is alive..and worse than that he is turning her kids agianst her. Her oldest son is my age and he hates him he calls him fat and hits him..so he is on our side…but kayti is 13 and she loves her dad to death..she watched him drag her mother up the stairs by her hair and she doesnt care..shes that brainwashed..she used to be my bestfriend, like my little sister, but now I dont even know who she is..and jordan he is 8 and he used to be so nice and no hes so mean and when he gets mad and throws things and he hits his mom..and both of thos kids are always putting there mom down. …and so their mom tried to ki11 herserlf with painkiller because she is treated so bad..and while she was at rehab he told the kids that she was a drug attic and that she hates them and a bunch of other sh*t…and the other day kayti went up to her mom and told her that she hated her because the devil took over her…he is an evil guy who has turned all her kids agianst..how do I make him dissappear..preferably without ki11ing him Oh and he used to get drunk and do drugs and hes stolen a bunch of money from her.
