How do I lose weight the fastest?

I’ve been trying every kind of thing to lose weight.. From pills to shakes to even starving but nothing seems to work!! Someone please help me!!

weight loss does NOT happen fast it happens GRADUALLY and it can take months to loose weight and see results not hours, not days, not weeks…MONTHS healthy eating and regular exercise is the only right way to loose weight anything else will either damage your health make you gain all the weight back and then some or do both and first you need to see a doctor and get your bmi (body mass index) calculated for your height and age he/she will tell you what weight range your in and how much you need to loose/gain if your not in the healthy weight range see a doctor first because you may not need to loose any weight

Wow… worst advice ever above… Eat often but not a lot. Make sure you quit eating empty carbs like mcdonalds and pizza hut. Whole grain bread. Plenty of protein while exercising. Only eat sugar in the morning and after exercising. Don’t eat MSG or High Fructose Corn Syrup that are in your foods. Grapefruit is an easy way to lose weight. One of those a day actually stimulate your body to drop weight. Keep your metabolism high! Exercising 2x a day and eating often is the best way. Consistency is the key and if you have a bad day and eat everything don’t get discouraged. It happens to everyone so just continue where you were the day before!
