How do I loose 20lbs?

So I gain a lot of pounds. I'm 5'1 and I weight 145lbs. I just started to eat less grains and more vegetables. Because I don't have time running in the morning and afternoon..(school) I do at least 100 or more sits up at night, 50 crunches, and 20 push-ups. Do you think I'll be able to loose weight faster or sooner? And any suggestion on how to loose weight without running at night or using weights? (because I have no weights)
