How do I grow my hair long?

I have really long hair if you can’t tell from my picture..this is what I do when I go for a trim every month I ask for her to cut it dry because when you cut wet hair you miss a lot of split ends and when it’s wet and you cut it it will be shorter when it drys cause of the water. Anyways also try not to shower every morning the greases in your hair actually help it grow I know it sounds gross I only do this on my days off. Also some peoples hair will just stop growing at certain lengths and its impossible for it to grow anymore. If thats the case then I suggest clip in extensions. They are about $30 and last for about 4 months good luck!

The limiting factor to how long most women can grow their hair is how healthy they can keep the ends. Most women have to keep trimming their hair to remove the split ends. Condition your hair and avoid things that tend to dry it out like coloring or perming. Also avoid overworking your hair by excessive brushing or teasing it because these things cause split ends as well.

Keep the split ends cut off every 4-6 weeks, and don’t cut anything other than that.

There are all sorts of products on the market today that can aid in hair growth. I recommend products like Nioxin and Reloxe for healthy hair growth. I know a few people that had great results from both.
