How do I get rid of this infected ear?

ok I have my industrial on my ear and the top hole is healed perfectly but the bottom one is not, it has like this little bubble around it and I clean it everyday with alcohol but it wont go away…I’ve had it done since last july…Anyone have theres done with this same problem???

I had this with a cartilage piercing a while ago. take out the industrial rod, and get a rod the same thickness and put it in the top one so it dosent close. then get a gold rod and clean the infected hole and put the gold one through it. make sure its real gold, it may cost a bit but it will help heal the infection. your body heals around gold easier than silver. it worked really well for me.
