Well have you talked to the girl?? Cause if you and her are still friends then you can ask her to agree that she wanted it and was alright with it, that would get you out of a lot of trouble, Lethe know how it goes hope I helped!!

sisienne It doesn’t matter if she IS ok with it, if she is a minor. He can still get charged by her parents because she is under the age of 18 and he is not.

Honestly, if they have evidence or witnesses or anything like that, there’s not much you can do to win that case. You made the mistake of sleeping with a minor and now you have to deal with the consequences. I’m sure that you told people that you did, seeing as how you posting this on the internet and we dont even know you, so I’m sure they can find witnesses. They take that charge very seriously in the court system. Good luck.

its_micky_baybehh It IS HIS FAULT. He is 19 years old, technically an adult. He had sex with a minor, 15 years old. She is not mature enough to make that kind of desicon. He is an adult and should not have taken advantage of a 15 year old. Even if she was willing, he knew it was wrong and it IS taking advantage of her. What business does an adult have being with a child, besides using them for sex because they are niave and will pretty much do anything to be with an older guy.
