How do I get my Myspace back?

my myspace was hacked and the email/password was changed. I dont know the new email or password and im pretty much clueless as to who hacked it but when I get on my friend’s myspace to look at my own, everything is still there. the reason I know it was hacked is because the hacker posted a bulletin saying it was but then they didnt log back onto it after that but just changed the email/password. how do I hack my own myspace? oh and one more thing.. I DONT want to make a new account so dont reply suggesting that.

ac92, there was a new question. it was totally changed.. but my stuff on my myspace wasnt deleted. I got the impression that the hacker just didnt want me to log onto my myspace but could care less about my profile apperarance.
