how do I get lighter if I'm tanned?

I get VERY tan when I go back to school and by halloween it’s faded.I put on some sunscreen and stay inside about when it starts to cool off.Don’t worry, it will go away.Hope I helped!Ally;)

If that doesn’t appeal to you, then just start using a very high-SPF sun block, like 50+. That should help to keep your skin from darkening, but you’ll have to apply it very regularly if you really want to lighten your skin.

Of course, covering up with clothes, hats, sunglasses, etc, it also a good idea.

If you don’t go out in the sun, the tan will fade fast.

Just stay inside. I once got a to and I hated it but after I stayed inside long enough it went away

Your very lucky to have a tan, It sounds like madness to want to be lighter.

Some people don’t like having tans, especially if the color they turn isn’t flattering on them. Yes, many people like to have a bit of color, but people like starlight15 who swim or do other sports activities often get much more tan than they want to be. Many cultures also appreciate lighter skin. Please try not to mock someone’s desires just because you don’t share them personally.
