How do I get fair naturally?

I am a boy.I was too fair when I was a child.but now at age16 I look too brown.can you please help me to become fair.by using some cream my mustache should not stop growing.do you have some ideas

I don’t understand why some people want to be pale? I’m pale, and I hateee it. just stay dark, I think that’s hottt. haha. andd, I don’t understand how your mustache relates to this? lol.

there is no cream that can change the colour of your skin without REALLY damaging your health so you might want to forget about having a lighter skin colour as for your mustache, I dont get it? you want it? you dont want it? which one is it??
