How do I get a promotion and stay green bars on the sims ps2?

Ok, well, I’ve got the sims for play station 2 and basically, I fixed up the house that mimi wanted me to, you know clean it up, re-furnish it, and I got onto career level 2. Thing is now..I’m so close to the next lvl, I just need career level 3, how do I get a promotion? And, I keep going red bars which means I don’t get a promotion, I’ve tried all game cheat webs but none tell you how to stay green so anybody who says go to this cheat web, it don’t work. Help! I need 2 get to that next lvl!

to get a promotion, you just have to keep going to work on time, and you have to get your skills up, like the ones that you need for work. and for the green bars, its kinda hard to keep them happy, sometimes when im playing, I let my sim miss one day of work to get their skills up, then I get them green. I don’t know, thats what I usually do. I havent played that one in awhile.

but you could put your sim in a jacuzzi, or let them sleep, watch tv. it kinda depends on what you chose for your sim, if you made them lazy or athletic.. it all depends..
