How do I feed a sugar glider?
I’m thinking of getting one, but I have no idea what they eat! Are they vegetarian? Should I get insects for them?
Thanks for the answers. I decided not to get one based on the strength of those experiences.
look em up by species. I believe they eat ripe fruit
Seems that the food issue is covered here, I didn’t realize they ate fruits and vegetables until reading. Though…you do realize a sugar glider will smell a bit right? Any animal with fur, etc, will smell and if you keep your house moderately warm (as we do)…then the sugar glider is going to get ripe. Yuck!
