You need to remove her histories and profile on the computer and uncheck msn’s sign in that says automatically launch with HER saved information.

Once you uncheck it, the computer should forget her sign in and pass word. Also, if her name should pop up for the sign in, just click delete. You shouldn’t have trouble after that.

go to Tools> Options> General and >Security, and check or uncheck the dialogues indicated.

To remove the Stored User Names and Passwords from your system, try this:

Click Start, Run and type Control keymgr.dll Remove the entries from the list. The other ways to access this dialog are:

Type Control Userpasswords2 in RUN box, click Advanced, Manage Passwords

-or-

From Control Panel, select your User Account, click Manage your network passwords

  1. To access the logs stored by messenger itself (that is if it’s activated) go to “C:\Documents and Settings–Computer User Name–\My Documents\My Received Files– MSN messenger User Name –\History”. All of the messages should be in XML files inside with the contacts username as the name of the file.

  2. For messenger Plus (if you have it installed ) just open messenger, go to the in the tool bar plus (I.e. next to File | Contacts | Actions etc. ) and select log viewer. This works even if you aren’t signed in. Alternatively you can go to “C:\Documents and Settings–Computer User Name–\My Documents\My Chat Logs”. Inside there all of the chat logs are organized into to folders by date (month) and inside of those folder are HTML files with the contact username as the file name.

Hope this helps and good luck.

Answer #2

Try uninstalling it, then install it again, if needed. I would think that would work.
