How difficult is it to train a female over a male?

I have always had male dogs . Are females harder to train as far as house breaking and what can I expect from a chihuahua-terrier mix puppy?

I’ve had both males and females. Dog’s personalities are indivdual, so you can have an independent male…or you can end up with a territorial female…I have never noticed however, that there was a difference in housebreaking (as long as you do it correctly, they housetrain equally).

One thing, tho…the females I have had, seemed more eager to please, males being slightly more stubborn about other forms of training…The only male dogs I’ve ever had have been German Shepherds, and they are a dominant breed, so not a very good comparison to a chi/terrier cross.

females are more independant and they dont like to take orders so definetly female
