How come I have zero friends on my online list?
when I log onto a social site, it says I have no online friends. I know this is not true, because when I go to my friends, many will say “online now”. it will say this for a whole day, and eventually go back to normal, but it has done this three times in the past two weeks.
If this is something that keeps happening, you should definitely contact the support part of the social website you visit. They can better help you to resolve the issue, since it may actually not be on your end. And, well, they could try to help you resolve it if it is.

it has happened on my computer, my friend’s computer, and my ipod.
